Apportionment claims, 1971-1975.

Claims for state apportionment payments submitted by community colleges list community college and district name; district number; term dates; credit hours taken by in-district and out-district students; total number of credit hours taken; credit hours allowable for claim; and amount claimed. Claims are accompanied by data sheets which list each course name and number; number of in-district, out-district, out-of-state, and foreign students enrolled in each course; and total number of credit hours per district. Apportionment claims for City Colleges of Chicago are accompanied by state aid class enrollment reports which list each course title; whether day or evening course; number of students enrolled in reimbursable and nonreimbursable courses; numbers of full-time, part-time, male, female, and out-of-state students enrolled in course; total number of students enrolled in course; course fee; and total number of credit hours.
